In our fast moving world, it is becoming increasingly important to be able to communicate clearly and effectively, whether in a face to face situation or through electronic means such as e-mail, online (website) content creation or the myriad of social-type and communication-based technologies surrounding us. This is why learning to interact with others in both business and private settings - whether with people of Japanese or Western culture - is a very worthwhile skill to acquire and a core focus in the curriculum of most classes. In the technical-related classes, my aim is to provide practical solutions that meet today’s business requirements. In the German classes, we learn not only the language, but also about the culture and customs through text and video to give you a better understanding of that part of Europe.
